Cruxskunk, The Good Partner for Your iPad

Cruxcase release their newest keyboard case that makes your iPad into a laptop.

Cruxskunk is the name of the keyboard and it has a full-sized QWERTY keyboard with raised keys. And  when you want to connect to other devices like mobile phones, iPads, etc., worry no more because it has a Bluetooth connection that connects other devices.  And it has a patent-pending hinge that allow you to rotate it 360 degrees, as what the company’s Kickstarter page had stated. It is also compatible with the newest iPad and iPad 2.

When the keyboard case and the iPad will combine it is 19 mm tall, slightly taller than a Macbook Air with 17 mm. But the Cruxskunk alone is only 6 mm tall.

According to the creators, there are three main parts that the case is made of. They said that the case is made of a single piece of aircraft grade aluminum with the exact process that the Apple machines, Macbooks and iPads used. They also said that people who have seen Cruxskunk have mistaken it for a Macbook Pro.

Cruxcase already made a similar case over the last two years. Last year, they released Crux Loaded for iPad 2. As of Monday, they already raised more than $135,000 with 30 days remaining in its Kickstarter campaign.
