Robert Blair delivers his Public Apology

Robert Blair Carabuena had already gave his apology and surrendered to MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino last August 23, 2012 at MMDA Main office and delivered his letter for a public apology.

Remember that Robert Blair became trending because of the video captured while he insulted and showed his rage towards Sonny Fabros, an MMDA enforcer, last August 11. After the incident, the video was uploaded and became trending to the social networks, giving him a title like "Barney," "Damulag," etc. and he became the most wanted to the people who sympathizes to Sonny Fabros.
