iPhone 5 release date this September 12, Confirm and Philippine Time Sched


The tech giant released a minimalist picture which has a text “It’s almost here” and below is the big number “12” with a shadow of number “5.” And according to some reports, these numbers signify the release date of Apple’s newest iPhone, the iPhone 5.

September 12, 2012 is the date they are talking about. On this date, it said that it is the Apple’s first big event since the death of its father, Steve Jobs.

People are expecting that iPhone 5 will be thinner than previous iPhones. And there is also a rumor that this will have a bigger screen, supported with a nano-SIM card, LTE connectivity, thinner battery and a smaller dock connector.

For some tech savvy, Apple is a very secretive organization when it comes to their new products, so it is hard to find out what are they really keep.

Rumors spread that the current 30-pin connector at the base of the iPhone will also be replaced with a smaller one. Further, iPhone 5 will also offer a 4G high-speed wireless broadband connectivity in US in order to compete Android devices which has this capability.

And various reports said that the new device will be released to the market a week or two after the event, to allow Apple fans to have on their hands this latest gadget.

The event will be taking a week from now, it will be on September 12 at 01 a.m. Philippine Time.
